Avtandil Giorgadze — Professional Experience and Qualifications

Avtandil Giorgadze has been in private legal practice since 2007 and has worked in criminal law for many years. His professional experience includes work at various law firms, the General Inspectorate of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and the Chamber of Criminal Cases of the Tbilisi Court of Appeals, as well as many years of private practice as a criminal defence lawyer.

In his legal practice, Avtandil Giorgadze protects the rights of accused persons, detained persons, witnesses, victims, convicted persons, minors and wanted persons. His professional legal assistance includes defence during the investigation, before the police and the prosecution, at hearings concerning measures of restraint, and in proceedings on the merits before first-instance courts, appellate courts and the Supreme Court.
