What data is collected
When you complete the consultation form on this website, the only data collected is the data you provide yourself:
- Name
- Telephone number
- A brief description of the case (optional)
- Preferred means of contact — a call or WhatsApp
- The answers selected to the three questions in the form: the type of assistance required, where the case is being handled and the degree of urgency
The form is technically incapable of receiving files — no document can be uploaded. Please do not send confidential documents or complete case materials through the form.
For technical purposes the following are also stored: the date and time on which the request was sent, the page from which it was sent, the browser identifier and an encrypted (hashed) value of the IP address, which is used solely to limit automated spam. The IP address is not stored in open form.
The purposes for which data is processed
The contact details you provide are processed solely in order to contact you and to arrange legal consultation. The form cannot be submitted without consent to processing for that purpose; the fact that consent was given and the date on which it was given are stored together with the request.

Who processes the data
A request once sent is stored in the website’s secure administration panel and is accessible only to an authorized user who has been granted the corresponding right. A notification of the request is also sent to the office’s working email address.
The data also becomes technically accessible to the following service providers:
- The website’s hosting provider, on whose server the website and its database are hosted
- Google — the email notification of a request is sent to the office’s Gmail address
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose WhatsApp as your preferred means of contact or message us through the website’s WhatsApp button
- Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager — only if analytics is enabled on the website (see “Cookies and analytics” below)

For how long data is kept
Personal data received through the website’s consultation request form is stored for no longer than 2 months from receipt of the request or from the last communication with the user.
A request stored on the website is deleted automatically within that period — 58 days after it was received.
[REVIEW REQUIRED] The rules for keeping and deleting email notifications, files exported from the administration panel and server backup copies must be determined and approved by the lawyer.
Your rights

Cookies and analytics
The website does not use analytics cookies unless Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager is enabled. They are enabled only when the corresponding identifier is entered in the administration panel; at present no identifier has been entered.

Security
The website operates over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The consultation form does not accept files, and access to incoming requests is restricted to authorized users.
